- When posting in regards to a technical issue please include the following information: the browser you are using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, etc), the conditions under which you were posting (was it in a personal message-please also include who you were sending the message to, or in the tech thread), what is showing in the browser address bar (the url exactly as you see it: http:www.blahblahblah), the time the error or issue occurred, and if this is a recurring issue for you. This will greatly help Justin when he is trying to troubleshoot the cause of the issue and in resolving said issue
